We endeavor to ensure that all our customers have complete satisfaction no matter what their requirements are. It should, however, be understood that all orders are accepted on the following conditions:
Delivery
We can only accept orders for delivery to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland addresses only.
We do not charge for postage and packing.
Please allow 7 working days delivery unless otherwise stated.
Smaller orders are despatched by First Class Royal Mail, larger orders by Parcel force or courier.
If there is a delay on your order which will result in delivery then we will contact you to explain why your order will be delayed and give you a new delivery date. If the delay is unacceptable to you then you have the right to cancel the order.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the address below within 14 days from date of delivery.
Damaged goods or shortages on delivery must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt for adequate action to be taken.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
To make a return please supply us with your name & address and also the reason for the return.
The packaging should be returned to the address below.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel your order up to 7 working days, from the day of the contract starting from after you receive the goods.
Upon cancellation we will return your money within 30 days of the cancellation.
You must bear all costs of returning any goods to us. Please return the goods to the address below.
